Which is easier to say, "I'm in man" or "God is with us"?

Strong's # 06005

Immanuel = "God with us" or "with us is God"

  1. Symbolic and prophetic name of the Messiah, the Christ, prophesying that He would be born of a virgin and would be 'God with us'

ISAIAH
43:7

Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.

John 14:20 -

At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.

Hebrews 2:5-9 -

5 For unto the angels hath he not put in subjection the world to come, whereof we speak. 6 But one in a certain place testified, saying, “What is man, that thou art mindful of him? Or the son of man, that thou visitest him?” 7-Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the works of thy hands: 8 “Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him”. 9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.

Acts 2:14-36 0-

14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words: 15 For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day. 16 But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; 17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: 18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: 19 And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke: 20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come: 21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. 22 Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know: 23 Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain: 24 Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it. 25 For David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved: 26 Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope: 27 Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. 28 Thou hast made known to me the ways of life; thou shalt make me full of joy with thy countenance. 29 Men and brethren; let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day. 30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne; 31 He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption. 32 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses. 33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear. 34 For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, 35 Until I make thy foes thy footstool. 36 “Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.”

Ephesians 2:14-22 -

14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; 15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; 16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: 17 And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh. 18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. 19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God; 20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; 21 In whom (in the name of) all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: 22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

James 2:1-7 -

1 My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons. 2 For if there come unto your assembly a man with a gold ring, in goodly apparel, and there come in also a poor man in vile raiment; 3 And ye have respect to him that weareth the gay clothing, and say unto him, Sit thou here in a good place; and say to the poor, Stand thou there, or sit here under my footstool: 4 Are ye not then partial in yourselves, and are become judges of evil thoughts? 5 Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him? 6 But ye have despised the poor. Do not rich men oppress you, and draw you before the judgment seats? 7 “Do not they blaspheme that worthy name by the which ye are called?”

2 Corinthians 5:16-21 -

16 Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more. 17 “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” 18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. 20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God. 21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Those who are in the name of Christ are in the spirit of Christ, and those who are not in the spirit of Christ are not in the name of Christ, and their prayers are not made in the name of Christ.

Matthew 11:25-30 -

25 At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes. 26 Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in thy sight. 27 All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him. 28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 “For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

 Matthew 24:33 -

So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.

Luke 15:1-10 -

1 Then drew near unto him all the publicans and sinners for to hear him. 2 And the Pharisees and scribes murmured, saying, “This man receiveth sinners, and eateth with them.” 3 And he spake this parable unto them, saying, 4 What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it? 5 And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing. 6 And when he cometh home, he calleth together his friends and neighbours, saying unto them, “Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost.” 7 I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance. 8 Either what woman having ten pieces of silver, if she lose one piece, doth not light a candle, and sweep the house, and seek diligently till she find it? 9 And when she hath found it, she calleth her friends and her neighbours together, saying, Rejoice with me; for I have found the piece, which I had lost. 10 Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.

Luke 24:13-35 -

13 And, behold, two of them went that same day to a village called Emmaus, which was from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs. 14 And they talked together of all these things which had happened. 15 And it came to pass, that, while they communed together and reasoned, Jesus himself drew near, and went with them. 16 But their eyes were holden that they should not know him. 17 And he said unto them, “What manner of communications are these that ye have one to another, as ye walk, and are sad?” 18 And the one of them, whose name was Cleopas, answering said unto him, Art thou only a stranger in Jerusalem, and hast not known the things which are come to pass there in these days? 19 And he said unto them, “What things?” And they said unto him, Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, which was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people: 20 And how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him to be condemned to death, and have crucified him. 21 But we trusted that it had been he, which should have redeemed Israel: and beside all this, to day is the third day since these things were done. 22 Yea, and certain women also of our company made us astonished, which were early at the sepulchre; 23 And when they found not his body, they came, saying, that they had also seen a vision of angels, which said that he was alive. 24 And certain of them, which were with us, went to the sepulchre, and found it even so as the women had said: but him they saw not. 25 Then he said unto them, “O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken:” 26 “Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory?” 27 “And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.” 28 And they drew nigh unto the village, whither they went: and he made as though he would have gone further. 29 But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them. 30 And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them. 31 And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight. 32 And they said one to another; “Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?” 33 And they rose up the same hour, and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and them that were with them, 34 Saying, “The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon.” 35 And they told what things were done in the way, and how he was known of them in breaking of bread.

John 6:15-21 -

15 When Jesus therefore perceived that they would come and take him by force, to make him a king, he departed again into a mountain himself alone. 16 And when even was now come, his disciples went down unto the sea, 17 and entered into a ship, and went over the sea toward Capernaum. And it was now dark, and Jesus was not come to them. 18 And the sea arose by reason of a great wind that blew. 19 So when they had rowed about five and twenty or thirty furlongs, they see Jesus walking on the sea, and drawing nigh unto the ship: and they were afraid. 20 But he saith unto them, “It is I; be not afraid.” 21 Then they willingly received him into the ship: and immediately the ship was at the land whither they went.

Hebrews 7:19 -

19 “For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God.”

Hebrews 10:22 -

Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.

James 4:8 -

Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

James 5:8 -

8 Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.

Mr 1:15 -

And saying, “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

Need

Need

The only thing I can say about this poor word is that it is by far the most abused word in the English language, and the devil himself (the father of all lies) is the one who is abusing it, by putting it in the minds, and mouths, of ordinary people as a lie.

This poor word has very little credibility in the hearts of those who love the truth, called Jesus, making us forget, what people truly need is him the truth, and God forbid we neglect someone else’s need of Christ, he may just return to us the deed, of neglecting need.

About those who need!

If they are in bondage (prison) we should go to them, in his name.
If they are thirsty for the lord, we should allow rivers of living water flowing from our belly’s to give them to drink.
If they hunger, we should feed them the Spirit of Christ, the true living bread of life.
If they are sick, we should visit them in his name.

If they are naked without the white robe of righteousness washed in the blood of the lamb, we should lead them into the righteousness of Christ, and into the blood of the New Testament, to wash clean.

They are the body of Christ in need, (needing to be born again, and fed) and you will have done it unto him.

If we deny him, he will deny us.

Matthew 25:31-46 -

31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: 32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: 33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. 34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: 35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: 36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. 37 Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? 38 When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? 39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? 40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me. 41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: 42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink: 43 I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not. 44 Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee? 45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me. 46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

Matthew 26:26-30 -

26 “And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said”, “Take, eat; this is my body.” 27 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; 28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. 29 But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father's kingdom. 30 “And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the Mount of Olives.”

"A blood donor saved my life!"

 There is an
OLD one too, but it’s too hard to get everything right.

Mt 9:17 -

Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.

Mr 2:22 -

And no man putteth new wine into old bottles: else the new wine doth burst the bottles, and the wine is spilled, and the bottles will be marred: but new wine must be put into new bottles.

Lu 5:37 -

And no man putteth new wine into old bottles; else the new wine will burst the bottles, and be spilled, and the bottles shall perish.

Lu 5:38 -

But new wine must be put into new bottles; and both are preserved.

Lu 5:39 -

No man also having drunk old wine straightway desireth new: for he saith, “The old is better.”

Notice how the new wine and the New Testament, and the new blood, which represents the new life, in the new creature in Christ, are all relative in these parables.

Notice how the Old Testament has been shown to be inside the hardened hearts of the old bottles (Vessels called hearts) for the wine or blood, even blood itself is a vessel for providing life to the fruit, or the body, or vessel or temple containing that life.

John 12:37-41

37 But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him: 38 that the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? And to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed? 39 Therefore they could not believe, because that Esaias said again, 40 He hath blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them. 41 These things said Esaias, when he saw his glory, and spake of him.

Even those who believe in the Old Testament (wine) must now believe in the New Testament (wine) foretold by the profit Jeremiah and others.

Jeremiah 31:27-34 -

27 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will sow the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the seed of man, and with the seed of beast. 28 And it shall come to pass, that like as I have watched over them, to pluck up, and to break down, and to throw down, and to destroy, and to afflict; so will I watch over them, to build, and to plant, saith the LORD. 29 In those days they shall say no more, the fathers have eaten a sour grape, and the children's teeth are set on edge. 30 But every one shall die for his own iniquity: every man that eateth the sour grape, his teeth shall be set on edge. 31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: 32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD: 33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. 34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.

Heb 8:8 -

For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the day’s come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:

Heb 8:13 -

In that he saith, “A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.”

Heb 12:24 -

And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.

2Co 3:6 -

Who also hath made us able ministers of the New Testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

Heb 9:15 -

And for this cause he is the mediator of the New Testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they, which are called, might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.

The Old Testament is the New Testament concealed,
and the
New Testament is the Old Testament revealed.

The Old Testament focuses on behavior to have effect on corrupt beliefs,
the
New Testament focuses on beliefs to have effect on corrupt behavior.

The New Testament is very Good news, because it is much easier for us to have perfect belief than it is to have perfect behavior.

The Behavior comes from the belief, so the perfect behavior can only come from the perfect belief, in the only one who consistently proves to be perfect, Jesus Christ the one and only perfectly revealed, perfect spirit, of our perfect Lord.

Perfect belief in someone called Jesus Christ, is far easier than perfect behavior for someone called our Father God in heaven.
This amazing
New Testament (which is the life, the blood and the Spirit) of Christ is the result of our most perfect behavior, like Christ in a world that is not perfect because of the ways of man.

What a glorious Gift we have been given, His way of life, to have living in us to give to them, the way it was given for us, and to have that only way of life that is truly his life living in us, so we can really live in life, and not be dying in it.

Only then can one KNOW GOD & KNOW PEACE with God as we struggle to overcome our own sinful nature and fight the good fight of faith and stay the course set for us by the captain of our salvation. Jesus Christ the Lord and savior of mankind who alone is qualified to speak Gods will to his very own prophets who are preaching his Gospel without adding or taking away from it, and do not preach another Gospel than the one handed down by reliable witness in the holy Bible (specifically) Matthew, Mark, Luke and John the rest of that Holy and true bible points to that Gospel and the giver of it and our only Lord Jesus Christ the Son of God and first born Heir of all Creation which includes us by the way. Because Jesus has been given all things by the Father in Heaven we are bound by his words as well as set free by them. No other can claim the right more than He to reveal Gods will to us because Jesus is our God and God himself has made him God over us. Remember the very core of the Written will of our God given God for those who have an ear to hear it, and that is that we like Christ are sent like Christ (to follow him) into a world that is condemned already, not to save the world but rather to save only those who will have Jesus to Lord over them. It is not the fathers will that one should perish however those who will perish care not about the fathers will which is given to men by Jesus Christ the New Lord of All creation by inheritance. Jesus Christ chose/is choosing/will choose what he will from that inheritance and what is left will be left to answer to his father who is a consuming fire to dispose of as promised to a already condemned world. God forbid that we refuse to warn others of this predetermined condemnation to come to those who refuse to come into the way of Christ and/or win as many as possible to Christ before the end of our tour of duty here in a condemned world and then try to dishonestly claim that we love our fellow man to the Lord on that day of our Judgment.

Our responsibility to this duty ends with the offering of Jesus and his gospel to men and their responsibility begins with the hearing that power unto salvation, but the choice is made between them and God alone for no man comes to the Son unless the Father Draws them and even then many are called but few are chosen, because light has come into the world and men choose to love darkness rather than light because their deeds are evil and do not come to the Light for fear of rebuke and exposure of deeds which they hide in the darkness of their own minds blinding themselves to the truth while loving the lie.

But you my brethren, the few that are chosen you love the light and the truth which rebukes evil deeds and proves that our deeds are of God as we seek the will of Christ to Lord over us and also as many as we can bring into this new way Given to us by the Almighty in Christ our Lord and saviour from ourselves and from the Father in Heaven because of our sinful nature which can be destroyed without a second death in the way of Christ who sets us free from the corruption of the flesh ours and everyone else’s as well, because we follow the Spirit in men which is Holy not the men who sometimes entertain ungodly spirits. We who are chosen by Christ hear Christ’s Voice and the stranger’s voice we will not hear; even when it comes within those we know and Love as it sometimes does in all men, this is why we take every thought captive into the Obedience of Christ the Lord of life, so that we may walk in the Spirit that Given to us within his words which are Spirit and are Life to those who hear by his word of God, and this same Spirit which is Holy will remind us whatsoever he has said to us within his written gospel given to us By Christ within his reliable witnesses who also are taught and remember his words by his Spirit given to them to give to us to give to others.
