* MARK 13:10
“And the gospel must first be published among all nations.”
Mark 16:14-18 -
14 Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen. 15 And he said unto them, “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to creatures”. 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

GOLD
Our LORD GOD is better than silver or gold.
Psalm 19:7-14 -
7 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. 8 The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes. 9 The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether. 10 More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb. 11 Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward. 12 Who can understand his errors? Cleanse thou me from secret faults. 13 Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression. 14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.
Psalm 119:72 -
The law of thy mouth is better unto me than thousands of gold and silver.
Psalm 119:127 -
“Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold.”
Proverbs 8:12-21 -
12. I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions. 13 The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate. 14 Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom: I am understanding; I have strength. 15 By me kings reign, and princes decree justice. 16 By me princes rule, and nobles, even all the judges of the earth. 17 I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me. 18 Riches and honour are with me; yea, durable riches and righteousness. 19 My fruit is better than gold, yea, than fine gold; and my revenue than choice silver. 20 I lead in the way of righteousness, in the midst of the paths of judgment: 21 That I may cause those that love me to inherit substance; and I will fill their treasures.
Proverbs 16:16-16 -
16 How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! And to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver!
Proverbs 22:1-1 -
1 A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favour rather than silver and gold.
What name is good, more than the name Lord God?
Go Good old God! He is better than Gold.

Have you ever noticed how some of us enjoy GOLF while our lord willingly went to the FLOG? How easy we have it compared to our lord! I do not think this is what Jesus meant when he said bear your cross and follow me. However some may argue that Golf is a mean game that is somewhat like torture, at least I think that is why they break their clubs and swear so much during the game.
The point is we get GOLF and our Lord got the FLOG, that is the kind of lord that knows how to LOVE, AMEN?
Perhaps we should all spend a little less time on the course to keep on course. Especially when it comes to following our lords Example who gave us his Life that he lived before he lived again as an example for us to follow. I have no doubt that recreation may play a very small part in that example; and we should keep that in mind, to keep ourselves in check.
Think about this - If we Love God with all our hearts, our mind and our strength and our soul, how much Love is left over for recreation? I do not believe that recreation should be eliminated anymore than I believe Money should be eliminated [Only for a Christ demanded experience of faith within Gods provision], it is our Love for anything other than God in our lives as the overruling master of every thought or excuse we have for disobedience to God in Jesus, that could use some if not complete elimination as our ultimate goal. This would in turn leave us with a Love for God and Gods objective as our ultimate and most rewarding recreation. Have you ever met someone who simply cannot stop talking about Jesus? This should cause you to admire and esteem their new found source of recreation, because it is in fact the place where each one of us should always be. This is the place which is in the right Spirit of Loving God with all ones heart. What ever a man talks about the most is what a man loves the most (Matthew 12:34), why can’t it be Jesus that a man loves the most in life? Think about that! This Love for Jesus is something to be admired not shunned like many so called Christians’ do to those who rejoice in Christ more than they themselves do.
This person who always talks about Jesus in your group is one of these (Gods) little children that Jesus warned us about not offending. Only a true Christian would be happy about someone else’s happiness in Christ. The following verses speak volumes of information about what kind of Sport and Spirit we should find most recreational, Soul winning!
Joh 3:31 -
He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all.
Philippians 1:12-20
12 But I would ye should understand, brethren, that the things which happened unto me have fallen out rather unto the furtherance of the gospel; 13 So that my bonds in Christ are manifest in all the palace, and in all other places; 14 And many of the brethren in the Lord, waxing confident by my bonds, are much more bold to speak the word without fear. 15 Some indeed preach Christ even of envy and strife; and some also of good will: 16 The one preach Christ of contention, not sincerely, supposing to add affliction to my bonds: 17 But the other of love, knowing that I am set for the defence of the gospel. 18 What then? Notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretence, or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice. 19 For I know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer, and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, 20 According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death.
Php 3:3 -
“For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh”
Php 4:4 -
Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.
1 Peter 1:6-9
6 Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: 7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: 8 Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: 9 Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
Mt 18:13 -
And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you, he rejoiceth more of that sheep, than of the ninety and nine which went not astray.
Lu 15:7 -
I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.
Lu 15:10 -
Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.
These verses above make very clear the Goal of the best Spirit rewarding Sport when it comes to the focus of those who have been/are/will be in heaven.
This is a sport that will bring us all to endure and in fact enjoy the FLOG as well as GOLF.

Ungodly men, (are currently) turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
Lasciviousness = unbridled lust, excess, licentiousness, lasciviousness, wantonness, outrageousness, shamelessness, insolence
My own personal definition of this word Lasciviousness is “A lack of rules, boundaries and limitations” or “Lawlessness”
The main word in the word GRACE is RACE.
This is A RACE ran to the way of Christ not a RACE running away from the way of God seen in Jesus Christ like many teach when they teach that you do not have to do anything contrary to the sound doctrine of Christ our Lord.
The only thing truly unconditional about the salvation of Jesus Christ being your Lord is your complete and unconditional surrender to serve Him as your Lord. Be not deceived by false teachers;
Hearing and Obeying Jesus the Christ is an irreducible part of the belief in Jesus Christ as Lord! And without this belief (which Hears and Obeys the Lord Jesus), No man today is saved from the condemnation of unbelief in the only begotten Son of God!!!
Every Christian real or not should know that if we do not warn all men of this very simple fact of wrath to come to those who do not hear, believe and obey Jesus, then we have no right to talk about loving all men, let alone loving our enemies.
To “run the race” is to run to the way of Christ, to run to the Kingdom of God as revealed by Christ, to run to the Spirit of Christ revealed in Christ,
and Most of all to run to Christ himself.
Matthew 11:25-30
25 At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes. 26 Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in thy sight. 27 All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him. 28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. [This Yoke and burden does not sound like Grace without duty to me or to anyone else with common reasoning and a sound mind!!!!!!!]
1 Corinthians 9:24-27
24 Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. 25 And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible. 26 I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air: 27 But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection:[To Christ] lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.
2Co 10:5 -
We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.
Hebrews 12:1-3
1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, 2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. 3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
Truly none of these verses are meant to suggest that God does not teach us to hear, to believe and to obey Jesus Christ, who preached the very same Gospel that we should teach, a Gospel that requires men to live within the Spirit of Gods will as our Duty to Gods will.
Lu 17:10 -
So likewise ye, when ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, “We are unprofitable servants: we have done that which was our duty to do”.
Clearly Jesus does not teach men that Gods Grace eliminates our duty to the commandments made by God within the Gospel, in fact Jesus teaches us that to do the will of God is our unprofitable duty. Just because it is our unprofitable duty, does not mean that it is not our duty to God to do Gods will. [Jesus says it best]
John 3:18 -
He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
Jesus is teaching us within his gospel that not doing our duty to Gods will is what makes us condemned already, and if we do our duty then we do not gain any points for doing what we should be doing already.
You see doing our duty to Gods will is what Jesus came to preach to us and when we believe in Jesus and convert to doing Gods will, Only then can we be free from the condemnation of a sinful nature.
10 2 Corinthians 10:1-6
1 Now I Paul myself beseech you by the meekness and gentleness of Christ, who in presence am base among you, but being absent am bold toward you: 2 But I beseech you, that I may not be bold when I am present with that confidence, wherewith I think to be bold against some, which think of us as if we walked according to the flesh. 3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; 6 And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.
The Freedom found in Bondage to the way of Christ (Gods given Grace as it is defined by Christ) is a required Choice in order to enter into the Salvation that is comes from Christ Alone.
Grace is the Amazing beauty of God who reveals his will to and the forgiveness of those who do not deserve to know him and do not deserve to be forgiven through Gods own Glory (Grace) in Jesus Christ his only Begotten Son. Jesus is the Most high firstborn Son of the inheritance as Lord of all creation, who says that we must hear, believe and obey the word that Jesus has been given by the father to give to us to give to others.
Grace in the proper context is the only perfect example of Grace that Jesus the Christ exposes for the whole world to see and to receive as the way to live and is life eternal.
Do not be deceived by another Gospel like the one mentioned in Jude 1:4 below. Men Trained by Men will come to you and preach that we do need to do anything to be saved by the grace of God, and this doctrine of ungodly type of Grace is in effect claiming that Jesus is a Liar when God through Jesus teaches us that men must obey the only true God that is revealed only by his only begotten Son. (Matthew 11:27)
To receive Gods grace without the unprofitable duty to God, that Jesus has said that Gods word has within it, would mean that a person has not really received Gods grace at all. Rather that person has received a perverted version of grace in another Gospel than the one Jesus preached.
Jude 1:4 -
For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
